Mental Health Workshops
“I’ve never said this stuff out loud before.” – Lise
Our psychotherapist-led, evidence-based workshops empower young women to build confidence, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen their overall wellbeing.
Each session is supported by a companion booklet and podcasts, which are co-created with young women and designed to bring the content to life in an engaging and accessible way – particularly for neurodivergent young people.
Whether you’re a school, youth group, or community organisation, our workshops are interactive, flexible, and co-designed to meet the unique needs of your group.
Anxiety
“It helped me to understand what happens in my body and my brain when I feel anxious.” – Izzy
Typically lasting between 1 to 2 hours, our anxiety workshops offer practical coping techniques tailored to everyday challenges like exam stress or general anxiety.
Sessions combine psychotherapist-led teaching with interactive activities and sensory tools to build self-awareness and resilience in a psychologically safe environment. We explore the window of tolerance, hyperarousal and hypoarousal, and practice fun but useful coping strategies. A youth co-created podcast accompanies the booklet.
Confidence
“I don’t usually speak in groups but I felt comfortable enough to speak here.” – Ella
Three different 1 hour workshops that can be delivered independently (or as a series):
– Your relationship to yourself
– Confidence and social media
– Confidence in the workplace
We foster a psychologically safe, confidence-building atmosphere in all our workshops.
Self-Care
“I’ve learnt I need to take care of myself and that doesn’t make me selfish.” – Emma
In this 1 hour workshop, participants explore practical self-care strategies through a fun, hands-on workbook and group activities. The sessions emphasise self-awareness and encourage young women to commit to trying new self-care habits. The interactive booklet is theirs to take home.
We build self-awareness to help young women build sustainable self-care practices.
Topics and Themes
All our workshops come with a visual booklet and youth co-created podcasts to reinforce and support workshop participants’ journey towards increased self-awareness.
