1-1 Mentoring
Our one-to-one mentoring programme offers young women aged 16–25 up to two years of free, in-person support from a carefully matched mentor.
Each pairing is thoughtfully arranged by our in-house therapist, based on personality, lived experience, and individual needs – ensuring a strong, meaningful connection from the start.
Mentors and mentees typically meet fortnightly in public spaces like cafés or parks, with flexibility around timing and frequency.
The focus is led by the mentee, whether that’s managing stress, building confidence, navigating relationships, or exploring aspirations.
This is not therapy, but it is therapeutic.
Our mentors offer a safe, consistent space to be heard, supported, and encouraged as young women navigate the challenging transitions into independence and adulthood.
“Having a mentor has changed my life – someone I can talk to who just gets me.”
